Winter Storm in Clarksville and Nashville, TN: Forecast and Tips to Stay Safe

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning from 3 a.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Saturday. Snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are expected, with a risk of light ice south of I-40.

  • Friday, January 10: Snow accumulation of 4" to 6"; travel will be very difficult. High: 33°F (0°C), Low: 26°F (-3°C).

  • Saturday, January 11: Partly sunny and cold; travel conditions will remain hazardous. High: 33°F (0°C), Low: 18°F (-8°C).


Tips to Stay Safe


Travel Safety





  • Avoid traveling unless absolutely necessary.
